Hi, I’m Katie Cole, and I help people create calm, functional, and beautiful spaces through decluttering, organizing, and intentional home styling.
After more than two decades working in the grocery industry, moving from floral design to guest services, office management, and corporate-level buying, I realized that the parts of my work I loved most all centered around organizing, creativity, and bringing order to busy environments.
My journey into professional organizing began simply, by helping friends and family transform their homes. It was as a mom that I really came to understand how deeply organization can impact daily life. I have two little girls with very different personalities, one of whom has ADHD, which often brings chronic clutter along with it. Working with both of them to create simple, sustainable systems that support their needs and ease the stress in our home has brought me so much joy. It showed me how much I thrive in this work, and how meaningful it is to help others find that same sense of calm and clarity.
Wanting to grow my skills, I completed certification courses through QC Design School, which strengthened my foundation in organizing and interior decorating and helped turn my passion into a real, rooted business.
Not long after, I joined Revive Design Collective, a Sacramento-based home staging company owned by my friend and neighbor, Lauren Williams. What began as helping her streamline processes and organize the warehouse quickly became something that felt like exactly where I was meant to be. Our strengths complement each other, and together we’re able to offer clients a wider, more thoughtful range of services.
Whether you’re looking to declutter a single room, reset your entire home, or bring fresh style to a space that no longer feels like you, I’m here to help. My approach is rooted in empathy, practicality, and the belief that organization isn’t about perfection, it’s about creating solutions that support the way you actually live.
When we clear the clutter, we make room for what truly matters. Let’s create that space together.
